Refund policy

Hey hey friend. We want you to love what you buy. Here is exactly how refunds work so there are no surprises.

Digital courses and resources

Our courses, printables, and resources are digital products delivered instantly to your library. Because you get immediate access to the full content, all sales are final once a purchase is made.

That said, if something is broken, will not download, or is not what was described, email us within 14 days at hello@chantymacias.com and we will make it right, whether that is fixing the file, sending a replacement, or issuing a refund.

Memberships and subscriptions

You can cancel a membership anytime from your account. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not prorate partial periods.
